Terms of service
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with TechnoGold. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Please note that international customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes as described in section 3
1. Our Contract
When you place your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. We will also inform you when your products have been shipped.
We only sell products in quantities suitable for the typical needs of a household, as our products are unique.
2. Returns
Please review our Returns Policy, which applies to all products we sell. The details of your right to return, as well as the process to exercise this right, are included in the order confirmation email and in our Returns Policy.
We do not assume ownership of returned products until they have been received at the return address.
3. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Unclaimed Shipments
For international orders (outside the European Union), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or declines the delivery for any reason not attributable to TechnoGold, they will be responsible for:

The original shipping cost (which will not be refunded),

Any return shipping costs or fees charged by the courier (which will be deducted from any potential refund).
TechnoGold will not issue refunds for unclaimed packages or shipments refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes.
4. Pricing and Availability
The prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes. Detailed information regarding availability is provided on each product page.
5. Product Information
All of our products have been carefully inspected and refurbished to enjoy a second life. We strive to ensure that all product information on our website is as accurate as possible.
6. Our Responsibility
Neither TechnoGold nor the store owner is responsible for:
(i) losses not attributable to our own breach,
(ii) business losses (including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or unnecessary expenses incurred),
(iii) indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the sales contract was formalized.
We are not responsible for any delays or failures to meet our obligations under these conditions if such delays or failures are due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your right to receive the product within a reasonable time.
7. Payment Methods
TechnoGold offers various payment methods to suit your needs:

You can pay online with VISA and MASTERCARD. TechnoGold does not store any information related to your credit cards. -
PayPal:
You can also pay via PayPal and enjoy the option to split your purchase through PayPal's installment services.
8. Governing Law
These conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to Spanish law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Marbella, regardless of whether the user is a consumer or not.
9. Modification of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions, including the present Terms of Sale, at any time. You will be subject to the terms in effect at the time you place your order unless changes are required by law or public authorities (in which case, they may apply to previous orders).
If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
TechnoGold reserves the right to deactivate accounts, including any related accounts, if unusual return patterns are detected (such as excessive purchases and returns) or if returned items do not match what was originally sent. TechnoGold also reserves the right to take legal action against any fraudulent use of accounts or of our returns policy.
10. Waiver
In case of breach of these Terms of Sale by you, we reserve the right to take legal or commercial actions as appropriate, either at the time of the sale or at any later time.
11. Minors
We do not sell products to minors. Products for children must be purchased by adults. Minors under 18 may only use TechnoGold under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who exhibits abusive, rude, or harassing behavior towards our employees. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, threats, and any form of harassment. Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our employees and customers is of utmost importance to TechnoGold.
TechnoGold will not be liable for any failure to perform our contractual obligations if this is due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, events of force majeure such as natural disasters, fires, floods, storms, industrial actions, Internet service provider failures, or government decisions.
