Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather conditions, etc.).
2. Order Processing
All our vintage products undergo a strict inspection and specialized packaging process to ensure safe transportation.

Delicate or oversized items: Up to 15 business days (we will notify you if additional time is required)
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
3. Customs Duties & Taxes

Shipments within the European Union: No additional charges

International shipments (outside European Union): Import duties and taxes may apply, which are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking local regulations before ordering.
Important:
If the customer refuses to pay customs duties or declines the package for any reason unrelated to us, they will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes:-
The original shipping cost (which will not be refunded).

5. Returns for Shipping Errors
