Returns and Refund Policy - TechnoGold

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within the timeframe established according to your location:

  • European Union and United Kingdom: 14 days from the receipt of the product.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • You may choose between a refund or an exchange.

  • All products returned as faulty will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If no fault is found, the product will be returned to the customer, and the corresponding shipping cost will be charged.

  • We reserve the right not to offer a repair or replacement unless a fault with the product can be established.

  • TechnoGold reserves the right to offer a replacement product in cases where a repair is deemed unviable. In the case of used products, the replacement may vary slightly in cosmetic condition from the original item purchased.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact us via email at info@technogold.es. Include the following information:

  1. Order number.

  2. Product(s) you wish to return.

  3. Reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will send you the necessary instructions for returning the product and processing your refund or exchange.

How will I receive my refund?

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Once we receive the return and inspect the product, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your refund.

  • From that moment, you will receive your refund within an estimated period of 5 to 7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
